We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you are welcome to send us an email to info@zuricare.co.za

You can exchange all new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery after receiving the product. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are shipped to Zuri Care. Zuri Care will not be held liable for the shipping costs of the exchanged item back to you.
